First Aid at Work Re-qualification – 2 Day Course

HSE Requirement - Delegates qualify to take this course 3 months prior to their current First Aid at Work certificate expiry date and 28 days beyond their certificate expiry date.  Proof of delegates current certificate must be shown prior to attending this course (please see our booking form for information we require).

  • Communication, Casualty Care and Hygiene
  • Primary Survey
  • Secondary Survey
  • Casualty Movement
  • Circulatory Systems/Bleeding and Minor Injuries
  • Burns and Scalds
  • Shock and Fainting
  • Asthma and Hyperventilation
  • Injuries to Bones and Supporting Tissue
  • Spinal Injuries
  • Eye Injuries
  • Choking
  • Unconscious Casualty
  • Head Injuries
  • Stroke
  • Diabetes
  • Poisoning
  • Seizures
Day 2
  • Hypoxia and Chest Injuries
  • Heart Conditions
  • CPR
  • Regurgitation
In order to gain a certificate, delegates must attend all the course hours and pass the practical assessment. An approved HSE First Aid at Work Certificate, valid for 3 years will be awarded to all successful delegates.
